SCPSA 2011 Proposal Information

Individuals may use the SCPSA Proposal Form linked below to propose individual papers, three or more papers as part of a panel, and/or a roundtable discussion with three or more participants for consideration as part of the program for the 2011 annual meeting.  The form also includes information to offer service as a discussant.

Papers, panels, and roundtables across all sub-fields of political science are welcomed.  New to the 2011 annual meeting is the explicit invitation to broden our discussion to include faculty from other disciplines that may be working on projects with an orientation toward politics.  Therefore, faculty in areas of criminal justice, economics, environmental science, geography, health care management, history, philosophy, and sociology may submit paper, panels, and/or roundtable discussions for consideration as part of the 2011 program.

We encourage electronic submission of all materials.  Therefore, please download the Proposal Form, fill out the required information, and send it in to the Program Chair at smcmillan@lander.edu by November 10, 2010. 

We will acknowledge that your proposal form has been successfully received with an e-mail.  The program committee will work to let prospective participants know if you paper, panel, and/or roundtable submission has been accepted by mid-December.  A draft program schedule should be available by mid-January.
